Monterrey Handlebar straps add on set for Monterrey packs.
Includes one set:
• Two webbing straps with cam locks
• Two locking loops
• One bungee cord with cord lock
To use: tighten and fold over the waist strap onto itself, tuck inside the sleeve onthe back. Clip the locking loops to the top loops on the bag, run the webbing around the handlebars, through the loop locks, cinch down, and close the cam buckles. Then run the bungee cord through the bottom loop on the Monterrey Pack, and attach to the stem or headtube.
*To open the locking loops press them together to open the metal gate, to close push the gate back in.
