There are three floating straps that can be used to attach your Hitchhiker securely to either side of the stem and handlebar of your bicycle without it moving about. This awesome little feed bag fits most set ups easily, and can even be used in under the saddle/seat tube to carry a water bottle on a Track Bike. You could even slip it onto your belt and take it on the go off the saddle.
