Monterrey Handlebar straps

Description

Monterrey Handlebar straps add on set for Monterrey packs.
Includes one set:

• Two long velcro straps with loop locks and locking loops
• One bungee cord with cord lock

To use: tighten and fold over the waist strap onto itself, clip the locking loops to the top loops on the bag, run the velcro behind the webbing on the back of the Monterrey Pack, over your handlebars, through the loop locks, and cinch down and press the velcro firmly onto itself. Then run the bungee cord through the bottom loop on the Monterrey Pack, and attach to the stem or headtube.
